All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend on your selected date or time, you do not need to transfer or reschedule your ticket. Your unused ticket will remain valid and may be used on another available date and time during our 2026 season.

  • Greendale Acres is a primarily outdoor farm experience and is open rain or shine unless otherwise posted. Dates, hours, attractions, activities, entertainment, food offerings, and event details are subject to change without notice.

  • For the safety of our guests, Greendale Acres may close, adjust, delay, or limit access to attractions or farm offerings due to weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance, capacity, staffing, animal care needs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Capacity may be limited on busy days or special event days. Purchasing tickets online in advance is recommended.

  • Each ticket admits one guest according to the ticket type purchased. Guests ages 3 and older require admission unless otherwise stated. Children age 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

  • Eligible admission tickets may be upgraded to a Greendale Acres Membership on the day of your visit. Upgrades must be completed before leaving the farm and are based on the membership options available at that time.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Guests are responsible for following posted signs, safety rules, and staff instructions while visiting our working farm environment.

  • Greendale Acres reserves the right to refuse admission, remove guests, or revoke tickets or passes without refund for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour, misuse of tickets or passes, or failure to follow farm rules.

  • Tickets are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout and can be scanned at the gate from your phone. No printing is required.

  • Unused tickets may be shared with a friend or family member, provided the ticket has not already been scanned or redeemed. Unauthorized resale is not permitted, and Greendale Acres is not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties or unofficial sellers.

  • Online and gate pricing may vary. Discounts, promotions, special offers, and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively after purchase.

  • By entering Greendale Acres, you consent to the use of your likeness in photography or video for Greendale Acres marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • By purchasing a ticket or entering Greendale Acres, you agree to these Ticket Terms & Conditions.
