Annual Membership Terms and Conditions

• All memberships are individual and non-transferable: Passes are non-transferrable and are only valid for whoever uses them the first time (when names/photos will be confirmed). Greendale Acres reserves the right to revoke passes being shared with multiple individuals.
• Each person entering with a membership must have their own membership.
• Children 2 and under and guests 75+ are free.
• Each membership holder must upload their name and photo before the pass is valid at the door.
• Memberships are delivered digitally by email.
• Each member will receive one Weekday Buddy Ticket: This free single use weekday general admission ticket comes with your membership and can be issued to a guest of your choice through your membership ticket. Buddy passes expire if not used on the date of the membership expiration.
• Membership access is valid during public operating hours only.
• Hours and attractions change by season and are subject to weather, and operational needs.
• Memberships are not valid for field trip admission, private rentals, or separately ticketed experiences unless otherwise stated.
• For visitor safety, Greendale Acres may close attractions or adjust operations without notice due to weather or farm conditions.
• By entering Greendale Acres, guests consent to their likeness being used in photo or video for Greendale Acres marketing and advertising.

Annual Membership Terms and Conditions

Digital Membership and Validity: When you purchase a Greendale Acres membership, you will immediately receive a digital membership card that provides access to your membership benefits. Your digital membership card will be available electronically and may be presented on a mobile device or printed, where accepted. Your membership begins on the date of your initial purchase and remains valid for one (1) year from that date.

Automatic Renewal: If your Greendale Acres membership is enrolled in automatic renewal, it will automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your original purchase date unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Upon each successful renewal:

• A new order will be generated in your account, and new digital membership card(s) will be issued for the upcoming membership year.
• Your previous year's digital membership card(s) will expire at the end of the current membership term.
• Renewal charges will be processed using your payment method on file.
• Updated digital membership cards will be delivered electronically and can be accessed through your customer account and any other supported delivery methods.

Payment Issues: If a renewal payment cannot be processed, your membership may expire at the end of the current membership term until payment is successfully completed.

Cancellations and Refunds: There is no long-term commitment; you may manage or cancel your automatic renewal at any time before your annual renewal date through your customer account or by contacting Greendale Acres customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current membership period and do not entitle the member to a refund for the remaining portion of the current term.

Modifications to Membership: Greendale Acres reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and program terms upon renewal. Any changes will apply to future renewal periods and will be communicated in advance when required.
